About the Role
You will be based in our Mile End Campus and will provide excellent customer service by welcoming, helping and serving guests and ensuring the front-of-house environment is always well kept as well as to assist with servicing of food and beverages for all our events and outlets in our campuses. Please note that this position will require the driving of our Hospitality vehicles, may require standing for long periods of time, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Additionally, availability to work evenings, some weekends, and bank holidays is necessary.

About You
1. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
2. Clear understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
3. You will be professional, motivated and customer focused. You will be working within a busy environment supporting our Hospitality and Retail departments.
4. Exceptional people skills, both customers facing and with other members of the team.
5. An ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
6. Will need to have a clean driving license.
7. You will need to be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings depending on business requirements.
