Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager seeking a new and dynamic challenge?
The Role:
* Operational HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support.
* Collaborative Advisory: Work alongside managers to offer advice and assistance on HR matters.
* Recruitment Oversight: Manage all aspects of client recruitment, from selection to onboarding.
* Salary and Appraisal Management: Oversee clients’ salary review and appraisal processes.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure client policies and procedures comply with current employment legislation.
* Documentation Drafting: Create employee-related documents including contracts, staff handbooks, changes to terms and conditions, and employment termination paperwork.
* Project Support: Assist HR Account Managers with HR reports for clients and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
* Workshop Delivery: Conduct HR-related workshops and participate in client review meetings as needed.
* Exceptional Client Service: Provide a unique and outstanding service to WOW our clients.
* Hybrid Role
Requirements:
* Solid HR generalist skills with strong recruitment experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and deliverables.
* Detail-oriented with superb customer service skills.

Pay: £36,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
