Our estate agency client is recruiting a Finance Administrator to join their business support team at their Cockermouth office.
This is a part-time permanent staff position (25 hours per week).
Your new job
• Processing new tenancies, and end of tenancy accounting.
• Deposit Scheme administration and account reconciliation.
• Processing contractor invoices and company income and expenditure
• Credit control monitoring and actions.
• Dealing with accounting queries from stakeholders within a timely manner.
About you
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Well-organised.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and on your own.
• A full, clean, UK driving license
• Strong IT skills, including experience of accounting software.
Salary and benefits
£23,000 to £25,000 per year (pro-rata)
