Examinations Co-ordinator
30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Do you have strong administrative skills and want to support our students as they undertake their examinations and aim to achieve their goals?
As our Examinations Co-ordinator, you will work with a team delivering an efficient and effective service at Chichester College to all students. You will work in a team of exam co-ordinators, responsible for making exam entries, preparing invigilator material, communicating timetables with students and staff, recording achievement, and distributing exam results. The tasks you undertake in this role will ensure our students have the best possible experience when preparing for their exams.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Administrative experience
2. Proven experience of working in customer service
3. Strong proficiency with IT
