Coffee Machine Service Engineer - Cruise Line and National Support
Location: South of England, preferably near Southampton
About Us: Our client is a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines. They are expanding their team to enhance service levels and increase their field engineer base. They are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Service Engineer to join their team, focusing on the Cruise Line business and providing national support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated service to cruise ships, including global travel for maintenance and repair work.
Install coffee machines during dock times.
Offer regional support across the UK between sailings.
Ensure timely completion of cruise line service calls.
Develop technical knowledge to support both cruise line and national operations.
Communicate effectively with the service desk and customers to assess and meet their needs.
Investigate and resolve issues with coffee machines satisfactorily.Requirements:
Relevant industry experience with bean-to-cup coffee equipment.
Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using systems like Outlook, Excel, and Explorer.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
Must have a valid passport.Benefits:
Fixed salary of £30k - £32k (dependent on experience).
