Junior IT Support Technician required. Our client is a UK leading organisation who specialise in IT strategies and solutions to power growth. Working across the South East & beyond, they deliver infrastructure, security, software and support for businesses, schools and other organisations.
They are now looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team based in Marden, Tonbridge.
The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients and provide onsite support to clients when required.
Position Overview
* Manage and prioritise service tickets.
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support / onsite support when required.
* Assist clients with management of Microsoft 365 services.
* Assist with preventative maintenance checks of ours & customers infrastructure.
* Assisting with quoting and purchasing of services.
* Providing truthful & accurate information as requested.
* Identifying and reporting any suspected security weaknesses.
* Ensuring all reports and malfunctions are made through the appropriate management channel.
Position Requirements
* Knowledge of Microsoft Products.
* Windows 10/11 – Troubleshooting.
* Computer Hardware Repairs.
* Experience of Mac OS (Desirable).
* ConnectWise Automate (LabTech) – Desirable.
Position Remuneration
* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm.
* 25 days holiday including bank holidays.
