Technical Support Assistant
Key Department - Wythenshawe, Manchester
Full Time Position - 40 hours - Monday-Sunday rota 5 days out of 7
Salary: £23,920 - £24,024 plus OTE up to £26,000
Responsibilities Include:
* Give expert advice on all key cutting enquiries to our branch colleagues.
* Update and maintain special transponder key stocks and equipment.
* Communicate with colleagues to keep the Key Centre at the forefront of key development.
* Take special orders from branches.
* Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
* Undertake or assist in project work as and when required.
* Organise stock returns from branches.
* Order stock and special keys from third party suppliers.
* Learn all aspects of key cutting.
Required Skills:
Excellent telephone manner along with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Strong IT skills.
Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
Able to use own initiative in solving problems.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to Department needs.
Existing experience within a customer support role is highly desirable along with a great personality, enthusiasm, self-motivation, confident communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and independently.
Full training will be provided.
