Roles/Responsibilities
• Lead the sales function across several eCommerce websites, focusing on customer service and maximizing order values.
• Manage and grow the sales team, setting KPIs, improving performance, and fostering strong customer retention.
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Develop supplier relationships, implement promotional plans, and manage product selections.
• Conduct detailed reviews and audits of the sales process to identify and implement improvements.
• Support marketing and finance teams with sales forecasts, reports, and actionable insights.
• Process orders with precision and oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Take a hands-on approach by engaging in direct sales and customer service to better understand operational challenges.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in eCommerce or construction equipment sales, with a track record of driving growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment such as HVAC, plant machinery, or construction tools.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales processes.
