Who We Are The EU Brand & Integrated Marketing Team leads a dynamic portfolio of brand and promotional initiatives across Europe, including Brand & Promotional Strategy, Omni-Channel Content & Campaign Strategy, Onsite Marketing, and Consumer Insights. Acting as strategic partners across teams, we continuously advocate for our customers and push creative boundaries to drive impactful results. What You'll Do Conduct detailed research to understand target audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points in the furniture and home decor category. Identify emerging consumer trends and ensure campaigns resonate with evolving expectations. Leverage data on shopping habits, such as the growing preference for online purchasing and social media inspiration, to craft targeted strategies. Focus on aligning with consumer desires for aesthetics, functionality, and value. Perform comprehensive competitor and trend analysis to uncover market opportunities, anticipate threats, and keep Wayfair’s brand strategy innovative and forward-looking. Develop and oversee the UK & Ireland Consumer Insights Roadmap, using data and analytics to guide strategic decision-making and refine marketing efforts. Manage quarterly brand health tracking surveys and Media Impact Tracking processes, collaborating with external research partners to gather, analyze, and report actionable insights that drive campaign performance and strategic alignment. Create in-depth, data-driven creative briefs for internal creative teams & external creative agencies, ensuring all concepts are strategically aligned with brand objectives and audience needs. Review, refine, and approve creative concepts to maintain brand consistency and quality across a variety of platforms, including TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Social Media. Work closely with the Campaign & Content Strategist to align on marketing channel strategies, ensuring cohesive audience exposure across channels such as Online Video, Paid Social, Display, Email, and more. Champion innovation and creativity by bringing fresh perspectives to campaigns and branding initiatives, ensuring Wayfair remains engaging, relevant, and ahead of industry trends. Lead the ownership and development of seasonal go-to-market strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, integrating critical business objectives, product priorities, competitive insights, and consumer trends to deliver best-in-class GTM plans. Focus on driving strong brand and product differentiation from competitors, ensuring Wayfair’s unique value proposition is clear and compelling to target audiences. Own the development, distribution, and optimization of the Wayfair Annual Brand & Promotional Calendar. Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights to plan campaigns, brand focus areas, and key moments that strengthen brand positioning and maximize exposure. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Creative Teams, Curated Merchandising, Promotions, Channel Leads, and Senior Leadership, to ensure strategic alignment. Apply an experimentation mindset, continuously testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns for improved performance. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 6 years of experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, or a similar role (e.g., advertising agency, e-commerce, or retail). Proven expertise in developing B2C brand and promotional campaigns, with demonstrated success in the UK market. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders, creative teams, external creative agencies, and research partners. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals. Expertise in simplifying complex processes and managing multiple priorities effectively. Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Passion for innovation and problem-solving, with a proactive, results-driven approach. Solid understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior in the retail space.
