Job Description Finance Administrator / Part Time, Temporary Overview My client, a leading data company, are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Finance Administrator to join their team on a Part Time Temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts and finance, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. This is a Temporary role for 2-3 months. You will have flexible hybrid hours working 2-3 days per week, or 5 part days. Benefits Pay rate of £13.00 to £14.00 per hour Hybrid work model Professional development opportunities Health and wellness benefits Part time hours 2-3 days per week Hybrid home/office working Responsibilities Monitor the Finance email inbox and respond to internal and external queries Handle Sales Ledger tasks such as sales invoicing, statement preparation, and management of Aged Debtors ledger Process and obtain approvals for Purchase ledger using Microsoft Business Central and resolve supplier queries Manage employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policy using SAP Concur software Assist with stakeholder credit checks using third party credit-checking partners Support the Management Accountant with month-end procedures, payroll, and ad-hoc financial tasks Handle general administration tasks such as opening post and assisting in day-to-day non-finance administration of the office Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in accounts and finance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and enthusiastic approach Experience with accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Business Central, Concur) is desirable but not essential If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
