About the role:
The Senior Marketing Specialist for Home Services Group (HSG) Europe will support and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels. This role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns, managing specific channel activities, and analyzing performance metrics under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
The position requires strong analytical skills to interpret market research and customer feedback, along with excellent execution capabilities to deliver successful marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings solid marketing experience, with expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive marketing strategies developed with the Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth
* Implement and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (web, social media, email) and traditional media as directed
* Maintain website content, ensuring consistent brand messaging, optimal user experience, and conversion optimization
* Monitor and report on marketing budget utilization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HSG Europe, the UKI Commercial Business Units, global marketing teams, and 180 Medical to implement aligned marketing initiatives
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
* Conduct market research to gather insights on customer personas, behaviors, and preferences
* Support brand positioning efforts through consistent implementation across marketing materials
* Create compelling marketing content and materials that support the customer journey
* Research competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats
* Liaise with external marketing agencies and vendor partners for day-to-day campaign execution
* Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to improve brand visibility and drive qualified traffic
* Support the development and execution of customer retention and loyalty programs to improve NPS
* Collect and organize customer feedback through tools like NPS and review platforms to inform marketing strategies
* Follow and help maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing activities
* Ensure marketing materials across assigned channels are consistent, relevant, and updated
* Recommend new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to engage target audiences
* Execute product sampling initiatives within HSG Europe
* Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure alignment between marketing promises and customer experience
* Report on and contribute to marketing KPIs for HSG Europe
* Adapt responsibilities as needed based on evolving business requirements and strategic priorities
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record with 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or related industry
* Strong tactical execution abilities with experience implementing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
* Proficiency in multiple marketing channels, including experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
* Solid data analysis skills with ability to track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
* Good project management skills, successfully managing assigned initiatives while meeting deadlines
* Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
* Commercial understanding with knowledge of customer acquisition processes and budget management
* Creative mindset with ability to contribute with innovative ideas applied as marketing solutions
* Team player with experience working cross-functionally and with external partners
* Customer-focused approach with dedication to improving experiences and delivering results
* French language skills (intermediate level or above) would be advantageous, but not essential
Qualifications/Education
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent

Internal: HSG Europe cross-function, local BUs, 180 Medical, CoEs, GBS, and corporate functions
External: Local healthcare providers, customers and suppliers
Travel Requirements
Position may involve travel up to 40% of the time. Most trips will include overnight travel
Languages
English: Fluent in Speaking, Writing & Reading
French language skills is a plus
