The Role: As a Washer/Capper Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that sample boxes used by field staff and farmers meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your role will involve: Preparing and processing sample boxes for dispatch Washing and capping pots to strict quality standards Monitoring dosing and capping machines to ensure accuracy Conducting basic machine maintenance and alerting engineers to any issues Following all health and safety procedures Working Environment: You will be based in a small team environment where teamwork is essential The role involves standing for long periods The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual handling and repetitive tasks What We’re Looking For: An attention to detail and accuracy The ability to follow and communicate instructions clearly Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work well in a team Why Join Us?
