We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who excels in managing and growing client accounts, and who is driven to take ownership of their desk and develop it into a thriving, profitable division.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high standard of service and retention.
* Proactively posting job adverts across multiple platforms and identifying top talent.
* Registering and onboarding candidates, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete and up to date.
* Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Taking ownership of your desk, hitting growth targets, and developing business opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment database (Temp ID).
* Sharing responsibility for the out-of-hours phone and responding to urgent queries.
* Providing regular updates and reports to your manager on performance and activity.
* Using your problem-solving and negotiation skills to meet client needs and overcome challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a recruitment role (ideally 5+ years, but strong candidates with less will also be considered).
* A track record of managing and expanding client accounts with confidence and professionalism.
* Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing experience.
* A polished, professional approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
* Solid IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with job boards and CRM systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
