Requirements:
7. QTS is essential
8. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
9. Eligibility to work in the UK
10. Hold knowledge of the National Curriculum
11. Experience teaching across both KS3 and KS4
12. Dedication to promoting historical literacy and critical thinking skills.
13. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for History and historical inquiry.
Responsibilities:
14. Plan and deliver engaging history lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
15. Create a well-organised, stimulating learning environment
16. Have the passion to teach and to make a difference
17. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
18. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs and engage students.
19. Collaborate with colleagues to organise historical field trips, guest lectures, and other enrichment activities.
