Job Title: Social Worker – Hospital Duty Team

Rate: £33.20 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Wolverhampton City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital Duty Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for adults in need. Safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies. Advocate for adults to ensure their rights are respected and provide them with emotional support and practical advice to enhance their well-being.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
