Vario Operations Team Leader (12 month fixed term contract) Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow Salary range starting from £36,000 a year Role Overview Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our Flexible Services team. The Flexible Services team have now reached a stage in our development where we are looking to recruit an Operations Team Lead to join our busy UK team. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring Vario Flexible Services operations are effective, efficient and able to support the business' growth both in the UK and internationally. They will oversee the Vario Operations team performance, delegate and monitor the team's workload, while also giving development support and coaching to individuals where necessary. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience of team management Experience of working in an operations or administrative function, ideally in a professional services and/or HR environment Experience of reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement Super user experience of a recruitment CRM or ATS system What can we offer you?
