Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our diesel and energy storage product lines. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have experience in any of the following products:
Power Generators, Engines, Renewable products
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the diesel and energy storage markets.
* Identify and target potential clients, leveraging market research to optimize sales initiatives.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management:
* Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
* Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
* Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Market Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
