Cover Supervisor required in Telford
Position: Long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles available
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (negotiable, dependent on experience)

We are fully open to considering transferable skills and experience from roles such as sports coaching, youth work or scout leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
2. Ensure students remain on task and complete set work.
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
4. Provide support to students, answering questions where needed.
5. Report any issues or concerns to school staff.
6. Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
2. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
3. Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
4. Adaptability and confidence to work in different classroom settings.
5. A positive and proactive approach to supporting students' learning.
