Reporting to the Spa Director, you will establish an exclusive membership base, building strong guest relations and manage an effective retention programme whilst driving and delivering Hotel brand standards. You will be responsible for the on-going development and delivery of outstanding five star guest service in Spa sales & reservations and fitness areas by training, guiding and mentoring all colleagues in each department. You will drive membership sales maximising all opportunities and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in accordance with the business plan. You will drive the revenue of all business centres in the spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sales in the Spa reservations department whilst assisting with the management of an effective retail and guest supplies stock control system. You will also be responsible for overseeing the management of spa group bookings and VIP guests in conjunction with the Spa Manager. This role will act as Duty Manager when assigned as part of the rota created by the Spa Director.
