Your Role:
As a Senior Application Consultant, you will leverage your programming and analytical skills to support and enhance our business-critical applications. Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking and verifying scheme data migrations
* Utilising your development expertise (VBA, VB.NET, C#) to deliver innovative solutions
* Collaborating with external contractors to implement new applications
* Contributing to the testing of updates, changes, and new development releases
* Reviewing tasks/projects conducted by team members to ensure quality and accuracy
Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the employee benefits, pensions, or financial services industry
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to write and debug complex VBA macros
* Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, particularly in debugging and producing reports
