Person specification
Education/Qualifications/Training
Essential criteria
* Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent
* Statutory registration - General Pharmaceutical Council
Desirable criteria
* Royal Pharmaceutical Society of GB Member
* Postgraduate Clinical diploma or equivalent experience
* Management qualification
Continuous Professional Development
Essential criteria
* Evidence of continuing professional development (GPhC)
* Experience of audit, projects and managing change
* Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
* Experience of undertaking and developing audits
Desirable criteria
* Delivery of pharmacy services across a range of areas
* Experience of budget reports (preparing or analysis)
* Involvement in developing a service within pharmacy
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Essential criteria
* Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* IT competencies across a range of common software.
* Advanced keyboard skills and computer literate, with the ability to use software packages (including pharmacy IT systems and electronic patient records)
* Basic project management skills
* Ability to travel independently and efficiently between Trust locations to fulfil the requirements of the role
