What You'll Do: Invoice Management: Process supplier invoices accurately and on time. Financial Reconciliation: Match invoices with purchase orders, handle coding, and resolve any queries with requesters and suppliers. Payment Processing: Raise payments via BACS, run payment processes, and handle staff expenses. Month-End Procedures: Perform daily reconciliations of takings for all outlets and participate in month-end stock takes. General Duties: Take on ad-hoc finance tasks as needed and work additional hours to support business needs. What You Bring: Experience: At least one year in a similar role. Skills: Excellent Excel and IT skills, with experience in Sage Line 200 and 50 being a plus. Organizational Skills: Keep our processes running smoothly and efficiently.
