Introduction
We are seeking a Business Analyst Summer Trainee to join our accounting and finance team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will support various financial activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance operations.
In this position, you will report to the Finance Business Partner. This position is mainly located in York, PA, but we offer a flexible hybrid schedule.

You will join a team of Finance experts focused on delivering accurate and strategic financial insights, who contribute to business growth and operational efficiency, and that work to optimize financial performance and support informed decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll do:
1. Financial Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
3. Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
4. Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating financial databases and systems.
5. Process Improvement: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements.
6. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, operations, and IT.
7. Compliance: Support compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Who you are:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Eagerness to learn and thrive in an organized workplace.
6. Optional Qualifications: Basic knowledge of financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Previous internship or project experience in finance or accounting.
