Office Manager - Infrastructure - Leiston, Suffolk
Location: Leiston, Suffolk (site based with flexible working options)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our Infrastructure division in Suffolk. You will be based on a brand new £100m+ highways project in the Suffolk area.
As Office Manager, you will contribute to the project by supporting the set up of the new site office and managing office operations including creating a safe working environment and providing support to the project and senior leadership team.
You will build relationships with key stakeholders within the company while gaining exposure to initiatives such as FREDIE and supporting the implementation of internal health & wellbeing programmes, in line with company policies and external compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Ordering office stationery & supplies
* Printing new job cards
* Reporting office IT issues
* Sending the new supplier link and following through with the process until complete
* Raising vehicle and plant repairs/calibrations/pat testing
* Chasing outstanding deliveries
* Sending the weekly SAP report
* Signing people onto site induction booking form
* Signing people onto the visitor's calendar
* Maintaining electronic hires folder
* Running the biometrics website
* Collating receipts and producing cost reports
* Payroll management
* Maintaining write off register
* Raising hires and off hires
* Material purchasing
* Maintaining holiday chart
* Job card analysis & reconciliation
About You:
* Promote a positive safety, quality and FREDIE culture
* Well-developed communication skills with experience dealing with clients and supply chain
* SAP experience
* Office 365 expertise
* Stock database experience
