Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and efficient Compliance Support Officer to join the Compliance Team, which is part of the Company Secretary/Corporate Governance Directorate at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. To be considered for this role you should have experience of working in a busy office environment and have a professional level of administrative skills. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working autonomously and show initiative in decision-making and understand how to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally, in support of the compliance portfolio. Ideally suited to a confident, capable individual who can effectively support the team in a fast paced busy environment. This is an important role, working with directors, senior managers, clinicians and staff across the organisation on a regular basis. This would provide an excellent opportunity to work across the organisation. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic individual who is well organised. The post is based at the Hinchingbrooke Hospital site however travel between any North West Anglia Hospital sites may be required. This role will involve working from home a maximum of 2 days a week once trained. Main duties of the job To provide a confidential, comprehensive, and professional level of administration service delivering a range of administrative tasks in support of the compliance portfolio. To support the Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager, Corporate Governance Compliance team and the wider Corporate Affairs team with a range of initiatives and projects primarily within the portfolio of compliance including collation and extraction of reports, as required. Provide support to the Corporate Governance Compliance Manager, Corporate Governance Compliance team and the wider Corporate Affairs team primarily in the development of new and ongoing compliance processes and which promotes excellent customer service and effective working relationships.
