About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the teachers to take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, maximising pupil’s achievement, and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who is looking to start or continue their career in Education and is motivated to inspire learning in pupils with varied and complex needs.
Requirement:
The desired Learning Support Assistant will have;
1. Experience of working with SEN children
2. A passion for the progress of SEN school pupils
3. An ability to work as part of a team
4. Be willing to pay for a DBS and update service
5. An ability to work as part of a team
6. Experience with SEMH, PMLD, ASC, Behavioural needs
