Description Your role as a Vocational Worker As a Vocational Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their vocational goals. You will provide tailored assistance to help clients explore career options, secure meaningful employment, and thrive in the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Client-Focused Case Management – Provide client-focused case management assisting clients in identifying strengths, skills and career aspirations. Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to address changes Build Partnerships and Networks - Establish and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, educational institutions and community partners. Develop referral pathways and attend networking meetings Collaboration with Clinical Staff – Work closely with clinical staff to support decision-making and ensure participant outcomes align with therapeutic and vocational goals. Operate within a multidisciplinary team. Reporting and Documentation – Ensure accurate and quality data into relevant systems. Travel – Undertake travel within the local area and region as needed. Experience in vocational support, employment services, or a related field (desirable). Eligibility/other requirements Successful completion of a NSW National Crime Check. Successful completion of an NSW Working with Children Check. Valid New South Wales Driver’s Licence.
