Sales Administrator - £13.00 - £15.00 per hour - Loughborough Prestigious engineering company based in Loughborough are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them, for a 12-month contract. What's the Opportunity? As part of the internal administration and shared service team, the position is to process customer orders and deal with any discrepancies and queries. Answer phone and manage email inbox, taking appropriate actions. Using internal CRM and ERP systems. Skills and Knowledge Required: - Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft. Excellent customer service skills. Experience of dealing with customer orders and pricing. Experience of dealing with customer queries. Experience using ERP Stock systems. Experience of using an internal CRM system. Experience of completing import/export processes. Excellent attention to detail. "Can do" attitude.
