Join our team as a Digital and CRM Marketing Executive and help deliver impactful marketing campaigns for Toyota & Lexus retailers. You'll work closely with Digital and CRM teams, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and enhance customer engagement.
You'll ensure the content on Toyota and Lexus retailer websites meets both customer and retailer needs, manage CRM campaigns, and collaborate with external agencies. A key part of your role will be managing timelines, priorities, and KPIs, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
* Digital Content Management:
o Managing content updates, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring that tracking and tagging are in place for accurate reporting.
o Collaborating with the Digital Content and Development teams to deliver a roadmap for retailer websites.
* CRM Campaigns:
o Delivering the agreed CRM roadmap and activities that support effective partnership marketing.
o Using data to develop robust test-and-learn programs aimed at improving CRM performance.
* Agency Management & Collaboration:
o Briefing and delivering marketing campaigns through your own efforts or by collaborating with external agencies.
o Managing timelines, priorities, and KPIs, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
* Innovation & Problem Solving:
o Thinking creatively, finding innovative solutions, and proactively suggesting ways to improve marketing efforts.
You'll work closely with our experienced team and have the opportunity to:
* Own the product roadmap for Partnership Marketing.
* Deliver Service level delivery for Partnership Marketing.
* Develop an Internal and External Communications Plan.
We're looking for a marketing professional with:
* Proven experience in marketing communications, website content management, or CRM.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with agencies and internal teams.
* High attention to detail and a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Courage to identify and address risks and issues, and the curiosity to question the status quo and use data to inform decisions.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
