Each member of the Outsourcing team have designated clients, and with this comes frequent communication, swiftly ensuring we build strong relationships and are valued members of our client's team.Bookkeeping is the backbone of everything we do. The accuracy of the information we provide monthly; management accounts & cashflow forecasts is wholly reliant on accurate bookkeeping and is hugely appreciated by our clients.
Management information, produced in a timely manner, ensure business decisions can be made and clients can be reactive. We are very much focused on each member of the outsourcing team, encouraging and supporting CPD and career progression.Key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:support developing and growing the client base, providing additional services to existing clients, and actively seeking new businesspreparation and annotation of management accounts, cashflow forecasts and assisting with budgetsfull balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss reviews and assisting with reportsmaintain strong relationships with the clients, explaining their numbers and results and supporting initiatives, growth and profitabilityprovide support to clients and proactively liaise with them on any concerns or opportunities spottedkeep clients up-to-date on the progress of the service they are receiving and changes that affect themmanage small projects and co-ordinate resource requirementsprovide feedback to the team members and act as a positive role modelliaise with vendors to ensure we are utilising all of the software's toolsensure the team and clients are kept up to date with any changes and enhances to softwaresupport with the training and development of the team by assisting the client manager to ensure our clients are receiving an excellent client experiencework with the client manager to ensure processes and procedures are up to date, streamlined and risk mitigatingAbout you:We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:you will have gained experience working in an accountancy practice environment, ACCA/ACA part or fully qualified or qualified by experienceexcellent working knowledge of accounting issues affecting small to medium sized owner managed businessesprevious management accounts experienceyou are able to make decisions confidently, reaching out for help when requiredwe are a focussed on using the best technology available, so experience of cloud accounting products such as Xero, Dext and Fathom would be an advantagemotivated, driven and able to add value to a teamconfident with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral and have the ability to communicate with clients from a range of sectors.willing and able to work under pressure and cope flexibly with demanding deadlines, and you work well as part of a teamanalytical skills and attention to detail and ability to think laterally mean you are capable of identifying potential problems and providing solutionsshow initiative, exercise judgement and take ownership of issues from start to finish.Full benefits available for the Management Accountantpension schemegroup life assurance 4 x salaryhybrid working between office and homecar parkingsocial functions and eventsaccess to our employee benefits portal – cashback and vouchers on everyday purchasesemployee Assistance Programmeemployee Referral Bonus – we're always looking for talented individuals to join our teamregular training and development - continuous development and support not only for your professional qualifications but also for your personal goals and aspirationsAbout usTC Group is growing and changing at quite a pace!
