Responsibility for providing highly specialist clinical practice within the prison Wellbeing Service. To provide leadership to trained Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists, trainees, Psychological Therapist/Counsellors and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners within the service, ensuring adherence to National Guidance including NICE. To provide both management and clinical supervision, including supervision of supervision to Band 7 Psychological Therapy Supervisors/Senior Therapists. To lead and assist in the development and co-ordination of effective audit and reporting tools for clinical supervision, practice and activity, within the IAPT framework. To lead and provide training sessions to support the clinical development of all clinical staff. To work collaboratively within an integrated clinical and operational leadership team in providing strong clinical leadership across multiple locality teams. To lead and assist in the development of IAPT/Wellbeing Services with NSFT in conjunction with the Service Manager, Clinical Lead and Commissioners in line with National Guidance.
