The Role
As the BIM Coordinator, you will join our busy BIM Team to support the BIM Team Leader with BIM coordination and the delivery of BIM models for complex fire, life safety, electronic security systems, and network infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage all BIM requirements in projects
* Delegate tasks to BIM Technicians
* Liaise and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders
* Create internal clash reports
* Set up models
* Ensure links in models are updated weekly
* Export and upload models to CDE
* Work closely with technicians
* Support and guide BIM Technicians regarding project specifics
* Disseminate information from BIM execution plans
Note: The role may require you to perform additional duties as needed, within your capability and in line with your role's responsibilities.
Person Specification
* Computer literate and proficient in all core Microsoft Office packages
* Experience working with 2D & 3D software
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to build good working relationships
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in a related field
* Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
* Experience with AutoDesk Construction Cloud
* Experience with Revit MEP
* Recognised BIM qualification
* Proficiency in a European language is desirable but not essential

Working Conditions
The role is based in our Dronfield office, which features an open-plan environment with multi-screen computer use. Occasionally, attendance at other offices may be required.
