We're Hiring: SEN Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school team and provide vital support to our students. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.). Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized learning activities. Help students with social, emotional, and behavioral development. Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and updates as necessary. Assist with personal care and other needs as required. What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children with SEN is an advantage but not essential. A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Adaptability to meet the individual needs of each student.
