Responsibilities:
* Work as part of a close-knit team to provide continuous care and support to young people.
* Collaborate with Team Leaders and Seniors, especially during evenings and weekends.
* Engage in safeguarding with open communication and relationship-building, leading to low incidents and referrals.
* Varied daily tasks that range from mentoring and nurturing to cooking, gaming, and participating in outdoor activities.
* Integrate with on-site school and therapy teams within a therapeutic community framework.
* Participate in self-awareness development and team reflection sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
* Individuals from diverse backgrounds with a range of experiences.
* Experience in residential childcare is a plus, but full training will be provided for those new to the sector.
* Good English and basic IT communication skills.
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* A sense of humour, resilience, creativity, and a passion for working with young people are essential.
