Join a renowned manufacturing organisation in the Irvine area, partnering exclusively with Hays, as a Part-Time Payroll Administrator! This permanent, office-based role offers flexible working hours, 3 days a week, between Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with an early finish at 4:00 pm on Fridays).Your new role as a Payroll Administrator, you will:
* Manage end-to-end payroll for 220 weekly and 50 monthly employees
* Analyse data and check for variances
* Prepare reports for management
* Handle bank journals and payroll account reconciliations
* Administer year-end returns and payments to third parties
* Manage sundry payroll matters such as P45/P60
What you'll need to succeed to excel in this role, you should have:
* Relevant payroll experience
* Proficiency in Excel
* Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as part of a team
* Experience with both weekly and monthly payrolls
