Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service, to include some evenings and weekends.
On-Call Duty:
This role requires participation in an on-call duty rota, where you will be available to respond to urgent issues outside of regular working hours. Flexibility is essential; the on-call rota will operate in a rolling 6-week schedule, and the employee will be on-call for one week within each 6-week period, although this may be more frequently depending on availability of employees.
Salary: Starting Salary: £26,292 per annum, rising to £27,835 after 6 month probation.
Location: Holly Tree House, Bawburgh Lane, Norwich.
The Service
Holly Tree House has been operating since August 2020. The four-bedded short-term recovery house works in partnership with the Central Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team. We provide a safe space for up to five nights and give support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis but do not require a formal admission to hospital.
The post holder will take the lead in the absence of the manager of a 24-hour crisis intervention and support service to people who are experiencing a psychiatric and/or psychosocial crisis but do not require a hospital admission. You will effectively lead the Short Stay Recovery House team to provide an effective range of short-term intensive interventions to reduce the experience of crisis.
You will assist the Service Manager with assessing referrals received by the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) within an agreed timeframe.

1. Experienced Team Leader, who has previously worked in a supported living environment.
2. Someone who has worked with complex needs who may be difficult to engage with.
3. Experience of leading a team.
4. Ability to provide effective advice and guidance.
5. Experience of multi-agency working.
6. Has emotional resilience to manage change and processes.
7. Passionate about and committed to the empowerment of people who are experiencing mental health distress.
