As an IVVQ Manager in Above Water Systems, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team focused on delivering Integrated Mission/Combat Systems to Navies worldwide. As Mission/Combat System Integrators, Thales are responsible for providing an integral part of the overall ship solution, working with multiple suppliers to design, develop and qualify the system. You graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or in University, and you have significant experience in team and work package management

You are highly familiar with Test, Integration, Verification, Validation, Software and/or Hardware development, with a mastery of associated tools
You have good knowledge of subcontract and work package management
You can demonstrate knowledge in financial, workload plan and risks management
You know how to use your skills to plan, organise teams, and guarantee the follow-up of engineering projects by respecting deadlines, costs and quality with a clear vision of risks and opportunities

As an IVVQ Manager in Above Water Systems you will be responsible to the Head of Systems Engineering and the EDM (Engineering Delivery Manager) of the delivery programme. Propose IVVQ scenarios - and manage their implementation, as necessary
Establish priorities and identify (and report) on associated risks
Perform or organize the reviewing of suppliers test plans and the testing on the manufacturer’s site, or at the customer’s premises or, at an appropriate Environmental Test Facility.

Work package monitoring and control
Be self-motivated and capable of working alone and within teams
