* Managing all aspects of the Credit Control process.
* Ensuring aged debt is collected quickly and efficiently.
* Maintaining adherence to the Credit Control policy.
* Overseeing a portfolio to guarantee prompt collection.
* Accurately coding and updating systems.
* Pursuing overdue debts through appropriate channels.
* Liaising and maintaining communication with other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
* Over four years of experience in credit control with B2B customers.
* Desired experience includes working within the legal sector or a corporate environment.
* Demonstrates a strong work ethic and team spirit.
* Skilled in communication and adept at building robust relationships.
* Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines while delivering a seamless service.
* Experience with Microsoft platforms.
