The CCE Manager will provide leadership, management, and collaboration with the 3rd party distributors including Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance, QRVI, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Marketing. As such you will optimise their pipeline performance ensuring the continued profitability throughout the lifecycle of their assets. Key Accountabilities include: Review and revise as needed the functional strategies across Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Market Access, Legal, Marketing, Medical Affairs to optimise the value of the assets Develop & review the budget and forecasts for the different CEE countries based on the business risks and opportunities Provide and manage the costs across the 3rd party distributor(s) Ensure that the countries' launch sequence is ideal to secure patient access to the assets Project manage the activities and milestones for the countries to ensure optimal performance Provide oversight of contractual obligations and establish a detailed understanding of contractual elements to inform and guide functional teams Candidate Specification: Extensive experience from within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Track record of successfully meeting sales targets, managing costs, or delivering against cross - functional project plans Independent manager to collaborate and manage 3rd party distributor(s) and cross-functional teams to create effective and efficient working relationships Practical knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical development and commercialisation specific to EU, and business practices required to successfully bring a drug product to the market Experience navigating complex contractual agreements overseeing development and commercial collaborations Self-starter who can effectively lead with limited supervision in areas of ambiguity Strong negotiator and collaborator who can build, nurture, and strengthen business relationships Adaptable to novel approaches to doing business Demonstrates team and resource management skills, including the ability to manage team dynamics Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems An industry leading salary, bonus and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
