Salary: £13.89 - £14.19 per hour

About Your Role
* 48 The Grove is a three storey Victorian character house in Isleworth which provides a supportive residential setting for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties and complex needs.
* You’ll ensure that colleagues and people living in the service have appropriate opportunities to discuss the effective running of the service, problem solving and innovative thinking.
* Supporting and participating in the day to day activities of people supported assisting and facilitating their involvement in decision making and in particular ensuring that individuals have a high quality home and social life.
* Making decisions that support the delivery of excellent practice, and supports people in line with their individual Support Plans, Person Centred Plans and aspirations.

* You’ll then have an interview scheduled at the service and have your chance to go down and meet the team.
* If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
* You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicated Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
