HR Officer My client is a leading and family operated distribution company who are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team based in Coleraine.

This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract to cover Maternity.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am
- 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
With a salary of £28,000
- £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Purpose: You will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support across the business, this will include managing and supporting investigation, disciplinary & grievance case work, delivering corporate induction and HR training, recruitment tasks (end-to-end process) and providing advice and guidance in all HR related matters in line with employment legislation and best practice.
Essential Criteria: 2 years' experience in a HR Administration role Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree CIPD Qualified or willingness to work towards CIPD Qualification Demonstrable experience of supporting recruitment campaigns Strong IT skills with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Strong presentation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Ability to manage and prioritise workload, while adhering to deadlines Full UK driving licence Desirable Criteria: Sage experience & knowledge Experience of PAMS HR system Strong employment law knowledge of NI Main Duties and Responsibilities: Play a key role in driving the HR Strategy across the group Conduct investigation/disciplinary & grievance meetings & all associated case work Advise and provide support to Managers, Supervisors & Employees Prepare letters and documents for employees & employee relation case work Ensure all HR records are updated and maintained Create and provide HR data analysis and reporting Co-ordinate internal & external training Support absence management across the group Support Performance Management initiatives both high performance and low performance Lead & drive Employee Engagement and Wellbeing initiatives across the group Overseeing end-to-end recruitment process Skills: HR Officer HR Human Resources Fixed Term Contract
