What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
1. Sourcing top candidates through job adverts, networking, and headhunting.
2. Interviewing and preparing candidates for client interviews.
3. Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
4. Negotiating contracts and securing job placements.
5. Developing your own market presence and reputation.

Requirements for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
1. 2:1 degree (Top 50 University preferred) OR 6+ months B2B sales experience
2. Confidence, ambition, and a drive to succeed
