We have a great opportunity for someone who has some all-round property maintenance experience to join our Clients team based in Southampton and providing a mobile maintenance service across the South Coast area.
The Company is a leading business providing portable accommodation for a range of uses and a broad number of sectors.
Their range includes Site Cabins, mobile toilet units, welfare units (with kitchen built in), First aid rooms, office space, and showers.
About the role -
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel out to Client locations where faults/issues have been reported and make suitable repairs in a timely fashion. As this is a Client-facing role, you will need to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Ideally, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.
About you -
1. Basic joinery and plumbing skills are required to prepare our portable accommodation units for hire.
2. Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues.
3. Flexible and self-motivated; you’ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home.
4. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service.
5. A strong attention to detail.
6. The ability to ensure all works are completed to a high standard within a tight timescale.
7. Full driving licence.
Extra skills that would benefit you in the role:
1. CSCS card for working on site.
2. Painting and decorating experience.
3. Property maintenance experience.
