Accounts Administrator – Ivybridge
We are working with a national fit-out contractor to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their busy office based in Ivybridge.
You will work alongside an experienced Accounts team providing administration support and manage various financial processes.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately input purchase and sales invoices onto in house systems.
* Manage company credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely recording.
* Monitor and track employee credit card expenses, review and reconcile credit card statements.
* Assist with the processing of payments and managing accounts payable and receivable.
* Adhoc accounts administration support.
Suitable candidates:
* Must have previous experience with invoice processing, credit card management and accounts administration.
* Competent knowledge of computer functions such as Microsoft. Sage knowledge and experience is preferrable.
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time office-based role Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with half an hour for lunch.
Salary circa £25,000 depending on experience and qualifications. There is the opportunity for career development and growth within the company.
