Overview
The role of the Stores Supervisor is to ensure that all parts required by SRS Works Ltd are available, by way of maintaining stock levels, ordering, collecting and delivering parts.
The role will also include but not be limited to the following:
* Daily / Weekly checks to the company fleet
* Carry out weekly / monthly flushing and water temperature checks at the Heathrow Office (L8 ACOP Training will be provided if required)
* Weekly Fire Alarm Tests
* Day shift First Aider
Responsibilities
* Maintain stock levels of regularly used items (fixings / cables / containment / etc)
* Ordering parts via phone or email for collection
* Collecting / Delivery of parts
* Daily Vehicle damage checks / Weekly Vehicle maintenance checks (i.e. tyres & fuel)
* L8 Weekly Flushing of 4 outlets / Monthly temperature recording
* Weekly Fire Alarm Tests
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above
* 5 years employment history
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email)
* Well organised
* Time Management
* Flexibility and ability to multitask
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to work well with others
Desirable
* ACOP L8 Legionella monitoring
* Previously worked at Wholesaler
* Previously worked at Heathrow Airport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
