Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our product range, increasing company revenue and profitability through managing sales partners and engaging in direct sales activities within the assigned territory.
Key tasks include:
* Recruiting, managing, and supporting sales partners to increase sales.
* Prospecting and generating direct sales opportunities across the EMEA territory.
* Building and maintaining customer relationships through regular visits and product demonstrations.
* Focusing on promoting core products, with a key emphasis on a primary product line.
* Managing quotations, following up with customers, and proactively cold calling to generate new business.
* Collaborating with the international sales team to drive business growth across the territory.
* Providing sales support while coordinating with the technical support team for any complex product inquiries.

Essential qualifications and experience:
* Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours as needed.
* A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences.
* Proven experience in sales, particularly managing large accounts and achieving sales development.
* Understanding of the life sciences market and customer needs.
* Excellent communication skills (written, face-to-face, and over the phone).
* Ability to conduct virtual meetings and demonstrations from home.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Desirable qualifications:
* Practical laboratory experience, especially in sample storage.
* Experience in managing tenders.
Primary Duties
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with sales partners and direct customers in the EMEA region.
* Conduct sales meetings, both in-person and online, to introduce products to new customers and sales partners.
* Organize and facilitate product training for sales partners.
* Provide support for sales partners through product demonstrations and customer visits.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
* Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions.
* Maintain up-to-date product and marketing information on sales platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support sales activities.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
* Contribute to business development and innovation by suggesting new ideas.
* Track and manage sales targets, ensuring forecast accuracy.
* Regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM system.
