To support the senior management team to initiate and implement improvements using a systematic approach using KPIs and clinical incidents. To actively work and promote collaborative working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with a range of professionals from other service areas who may be participating in the care of a patient/service user. Professional Development: Accountability to maintain professional development and maintain professional registration alongside requirements for NMC revalidation. Access regular clinical supervision from the ADHD team lead. Provide a high level of skills and competencies and work towards development of areas of clinical expertise within the field of ADHD, complimenting other members of the team. Undertake mandatory training in line with HSC Policy and attend updates and study days as appropriate to the post. Identify own learning needs and be responsible for own continuing professional development. Research Development and Audit: Contribute to HSC quality improvement initiatives and audits to improve patient and service user safety and care. To keep up to date and inform others of changes to evidence-based practice and current trends.
