Position: Full-time Bar Manager/Assistant Manager
Experience Required: Approximately 5 years in bar, restaurant, and cellar management.
Availability: Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends, and cover shortfalls and busy periods as required.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in the pub/hospitality industry at all levels.
2. Personal license is mandatory.
3. Driving license is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage bar and kitchen staff.
2. Organize rotas and holiday cover.
3. Oversee stock rotation.
4. Be prepared to cover any situations that arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per year
