Location: Hybrid Role - Mixture of in the office (Cardiff), remote and field work (Cases based within an hour radius of your home address)
Salary: £23,290 - £24,960 (Increases up to £28,000 upon Qualification)

Our client is a passionate team dedicated to supporting the growth and development of children and young people. As part of their commitment to excellence in health and social care, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them as a Trainee NVQ Assessor.
Role Overview:
As a Trainee Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and assessing learners pursuing their qualifications in Health and Social Care with a focus on children and young people. This hybrid role allows for a combination of remote work and on-site visits, providing flexibility and variety in your work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and support learners working towards their NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
2. Deliver high-quality training and development sessions.
3. Provide guidance and feedback to learners, helping them to achieve their full potential.
4. Ensure assessment and training activities meet regulatory and quality standards.
5. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements.
Requirements:
6. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
7. At least 2 years of experience working in a children's residential setting.
8. Full driver's licence and access to own car.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
11. Commitment to achieving full qualification as an NVQ Assessor.
