* Providing excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Supporting the customer service team in achieving their goals
* Processing customer information accurately on the database
* Ensuring a high level of confidentiality when dealing with client information
* Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies
* Working cooperatively with the team to improve the customer experience
* Undertaking administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Customer Service Assistant' should have:
* An educational background in a relevant field
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a not-for-profit environment
* A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing excellent service
* Proficiency in using a range of computer applications, including databases
* A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
